National Research and Education Network(NREN) could be not only an ISP for the need of Research Academies but it can be used as well as a bridge between Academy, Gov-ernment and Private Industry. Albanian NREN (RASH) is orientating its strategy using this paradigm. Facilitating the work of Universities through ICT services, elaborating data to facilitate Government Decisions for Academic politics and furthermore build smart platforms with the perspective to reduce the lack of interaction between Private Industry and Academic Research.
